Salary:  £30,000 - 33,600

The Role 

In this pivotal role, will work for our Operations Director and will be responsible for providing efficient support consisting of, but not limited to, handling communications, scheduling, record-keeping, and document preparation This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level support to the Operations Director and ad hoc support to other Directors
  • Proactively managing busy diaries and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Handling communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinating travel logistics and preparing detailed itineraries
  • Completing expenses claims
  • Creating reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Supporting planning and execution of internal and external events
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Managing confidential information with integrity

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar executive or senior administrative assistant role
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook and strong diary management experience
  • Proven experience arranging complex travel and creating contingency plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A proactive, resilient, and detail-focused mindset
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and work calmly under pressure
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and data entry tasks (desirable)
  • An administrative diploma (or equivalent qualification (desirable
