Principal Accountabilities
You'll be embedded within a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment, leading multiple business change workstreams that support the roll-out of digital systems, operational transformation, and new ways of working across the MEH (Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC) Programme.
You'll act as the intelligent customer for business change, providing assurance and direction to external delivery partners and ensuring the successful adoption of change across programme areas.
Own the delivery of Business Change activities across multiple projects and programmes.
* Collaborate with Business Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digital systems and new processes.
* Manage external Business Change consultants and align deliverables to programme objectives and business cases.
* Track and report performance, benefit realisation, and user adoption metrics to the Business Change Manager.
* Drive standardisation and quality in change management approaches across the programme.
* Provide coaching and guidance to junior change resources within the team.
Essential Criteria
* 5+ years' experience delivering business change within complex, multi-project environments.
* Strong understanding of organisational change linked to digital and systems transformation.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Industry-recognised Change Management qualifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG).
* Experience working within construction, energy, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
* Ability to provide oversight and assurance to external systems integrators and change suppliers.
* Previous experience operating within IT/digital-heavy environments in large programmes is advantageous.
Desirable Criteria
* Degree-qualified or equivalent.
* Membership of a relevant professional body (APM, CMI, etc.).
* Familiarity with project lifecycles in a regulated or safety-critical environment (nuclear, infrastructure, energy).
