Our Culture

We are the largest workforce solutions provider in critical infrastructure in the UK, rapidly expanding across the globe. We pride ourselves on being good eggs, believing that true success in business is measured in more than just profit. We unlock the potential of our clients by helping them to get work done—whether it’s by finding and training new talent, delivering end-to-end projects with on-demand teams, or managing outsourced recruitment processes like RPO, MSP, screening, or early careers. We do it all with a spring in our step, knowing that happy employees are key to happy customers.

What makes us different?

Our Values
We think long-term, act with integrity, and believe in people, partnerships, and reputation. Success isn't just profit-it's the impact we make, the trust we earn, and the partnership we build.
Our People
We recruit for attitude and train for expertise. Founded in North Africa in 1978, we bring warmth, and international outlook, and a commitment to sustainability to everything we do.
Our Expertise
We're pros in critical infrastructure, from Nuclear to Water to Rail. STEM is our focus, diversity our goal. We don't just recruit - we find, train, and even deliver the work ourselves for real impact.
Our Credentials
They speak for themselves: ISO certifications, Disability Confident, Living Wage, and more. We're fully committed to quality, security, diversity, and ethical practices in every partnership.

How we demonstrate our care for people and the world

Company Sustainability Initiatives

We are dedicated to being a Net Zero company by 2050. Our practices include a remote-first approach minimizes daily commuting, non-essential business travel and minimizing our environmental impact.

Hiring takes too long

Candidate Worker Initiatives

Digital hub provides sustainability resources and support.

Virtual onboarding and check-ins reduce travel needs while maintaining engagement.

Health and wellbeing support ensures remote workers feel connected

Recruitment costs are unclear and rising

Use strategic partnerships to drive inclusion

To further strengthen our approach, Rullion partners with several leading inclusive organisations, including: Bridge of Hope, Shaw Trust, Back to Work Group, Ambitious about Autism.

Specialist knowledge is lacking

Employee well-being and mental health support

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Through Help@Hand, employees have 24/7 access to professional support for mental, financial, legal, and family concerns.

Mental health initiatives: Rullion employs Mental Health First Aiders and regularly hosts mindfulness and check-in sessions to support employee well-being.

In-house team relies on PSL

Disability Confident Level 2 Employer

Rullion is proud to be a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer, reflecting our commitment to creating an inclusive environment that supports individuals with disabilities and ensures equitable access to opportunities. This evolving strategy reflects Rullion’s commitment to embedding inclusivity into its operations, fostering meaningful change, and driving measurable progress both internally and for our clients.

Brand reputation is suffering

Inclusive recruitment practices

All employees receive training in the use of inclusive language and gender decoders when crafting job adverts, ensuring wider appeal to diverse candidate groups. We proactively offer reasonable adjustments at the pre-screening and interview stages, ensuring candidates with diverse needs remain engaged and supported throughout the hiring process. Continued the use of blind recruitment methods and diverse interview panels to eliminate unconscious bias in the hiring process.

Compliance and managing talent are getting harder

Community engagement and volunteering

We work in partnership with local schools to conduct CV writing workshops, interview preparation workshops and other associated activities. We’ve recently done this with Co-op Academies and Young HPC.

Over the past two years, Rullion employees have donated food and essential supplies to local food banks as part of our partnership with the Trussell Trust, supporting vulnerable individuals and families.
