Summary of the Role
Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for driving sales, expanding client relationships, and growing revenue? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing Managed Solutions team, representing a leading Energy organisation. In this role, you'll focus on identifying opportunities, developing new business, and expanding relationships within key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth within existing clients and aggressively pursue new business prospects.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to drive business expansion.
- Lead business development efforts, identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and securing new revenue streams.
- Take full ownership of driving sales targets and increasing client spend through proactive relationship management and innovative sales approaches.
- Monitor and improve KPIs and client satisfaction metrics, with a focus on driving growth.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business development and growth.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly from an MSP/RPO background with a focus on Engineering or Tech sectors.
- A strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- A demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts, delivering revenue growth.
- Exceptional commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
