Job Description

Role: Fleet Management administrator

Contract Length: 6 months

Payrate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 40hours per week, Monday to Friday
Office location: Ilkeston

Purpose of the role

The Fleet Management Administrator (Temp) will be responsible for ensuring a smooth administration and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of all maintenance events on HGV and LCV vehicles. Control of all costs relating to scheduling & compliance is also applicable to the role.
Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

* Assist with all repair & maintenance events on HGV/LCV vehicles following company procedures and guidelines, in line with customer operators' licence and DVSA requirements, ensuring minimum disruption to customers operation.

* Assist with obtaining breakdown & repair updates from the maintenance network & communicating these with the end user (customer).

* Manage suppliers and raising of work order numbers, ensuring costs are controlled following company procedures and guidelines also supplier service level agreements are adhered to.

* Ensure that all Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information so that CVS Live has the correct customer visibility.

* Working towards KPI set by business, development of new KPI reports when required

* The ability to convey information to others effectively and efficiently, with good verbal and written communication, help facilitate of information between within a company, the ability to deal with conflict and challenges that may arise


* Understand Close Brothers Vehicle Hire systems and consider how they can work in conjunction with the business to enhance processes.

* Be fully conversant with the systems required to operate as part of the role and to use systems in line with CBVH operating policies and procedures.

* Effectively plan and organise time to maximise productivity and efficiency for the individual, the workshops and the customers

* Be flexible in approach to work and undertake other additional administration tasks as required
