Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Farnborough (GU14 9BU)
Contract Duration: Until February 2025

Job Purpose:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be the key contact between the project team and residents, managing relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth project delivery. You'll organise site visits, explain the process to residents, and provide regular updates to site managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate site visits for contractor surveys and installations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, explaining project details and next steps.
  • Address customer queries and escalate issues to the Operations Manager.
  • Report on site visit outcomes to Site Managers and input details into the management system.
  • Manage communication with Housing Associations, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and resolve any faults or complaints.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience building strong relationships with clients and residents.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and valid CSCS qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the construction industry and site coordination.
