Job title: Mechanical Project Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP Subject to clearance
Salary: Competitive
Benefits: Car allowance, 25 holidays + 8 Bank holidays and 5.75% pension
Location: Bridgwater
Hours of work: 9 day fortnight or 5 day week

Role information:
- Drive the delivery of the contract or package activities to ensure they are delivered safely on time, to budget, meeting business & technical requirements
- Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders and execute the project or programme strategies with their contract or package of work.
- Monitor and manage the progress of the schedule, tracking progress against milestones, deadlines, budget and provide key stakeholders with reports on these matters.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans in line with the overall programme execution plan.
- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues within the contract or package and identify risks and facilitate the resolution of all issues raised.
- Establish and maintain the effective working relationships with all project team members

Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 5 years working withing Nuclear or other highly regulated industry experience
- Minimum HNC in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Mechanical systems, installation, quality and safety needs.
- Qualification within Project management

UK National Security Vetting Status - All candidates must be Eligible to obtain BPSS Clearance
