Job title: Construction Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Up to £70k Depending on experience
Location: Runcorn
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience in EPC projects operating under NEC4 forms of contract
- Experience delivering complex construction projects in a highly regulated industry
- HNC/HND in relevant discipline
- CDM 2015 regulations experience
- CSCS certification or equivalent
- Understanding of HAZID, HAZOP and HAZCON
Ideally applicants should also have:
- APMP accreditation
- SCO 91 certification

Role information:

- Act as principal contractor in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations
- Support the project manager to help ensure construction activities are planned and managed appropriately
- Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Ensure construction risks are identified and mitigated to minimise impact on project
- Ensure records and drawings are managed according to the quality management systems
- Lead and manage the construction team and subcontractors to deliver project objectives
- Lead construction specific meetings and workshops
