Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: Competitive
Location: Whitehaven
Hours of work: 38 hours Monday-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Degree in quantity surveying
- Able to gain SC clearance
- Highly regulated industry experience
- NEC3/4, JCT or FIDIC Contract management experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Multi million pound project experience
Ideally applicants should also have:
- RICS accreditation desirable

Role information:

- Ensure valuations and applications are submitted to schedule
- Ensure cash flow is maximised
- Ensure change control is managed with the accurate and timely evaluation of quantity agreements, additional item requirements, rates and compensations
- Undertake additional training when required
