Job Description

Job title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: Subject to clearance
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Whitehaven
Hours of work: 38 Hours Monday-Friday

Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience with NEC 3 and 4
- Minimum 3-5 Years Quantity Surveying Experience
- Degree or HND Qualified
- Worked on Construction Projects or Complex Projects
- Experience in the Nuclear Industry or other highly regulated Industry.

Role information:
- Liaise with Site Teams to Ensure the Timely Submission of Valuations and Applications
- Ensure Cash Flow is Maximised
- Manage Change Control with the Accurate and Timely Evaluation and Agreement of Final Quantities, Additional Items, Rates and Compensation Events
- Will Need to Undertake Additional Training and Development when Required
