Job Description

Job title: HR Administrator
Job type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £12.55-£17.33 PAYE / £23.40 Umbrella
Location: Thurso, Caithness
Hours of work: 37 hours Mon-Fri

Applicants must posses the following:
- Full understanding of GDPR
- Previous administration experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Role information:
- Keep data secure by following procedures
- Provide advice on IT systems and administration systems to end users
- Deliver training to system users
- Undertake document control administration
- Contribute to the maintenance of the IT systems
- Collate, coordinate and verify documentation
- Liaise with software suppliers in regards to upgrades and support issues
- Maintain electronic databases
