Job title: Procurement Manager
Job Type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 18 months
Salary: Competative
Location: Aldermaston - Hybrid available, 1-2 days on site per week
Hours of work:
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- A strong complex procurement background
- NEC3&4 experience
- Experience in procurement in a highly regulated industry
- Excellent supplier relationship management skills

Role information:
- Develop and implement the category strategy for specific categories
- Support and carry out strategic sourcing activities in line with the category strategy and preferred suppliers list
- Carry out supplier evaluation and selection, contract negotiations and contract handovers
- Support supplier relationship management for key suppliers, including supplier segmentation, contract management and risk identification and mitigation
- Monitor supplier performance
- Plan external management review meetings
