Job Description
Job title: Administrator
Job type: Contract / Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months (if contract)
Pay rate: £12-£14 per hour PAYE / £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Cleator Moor, Cumbria
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Applicants must posses the following:
- Ideally 5 years administration experience
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry i.e. Nuclear
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative
- Experience of working in commercial sector
Ideally applicants should also have:
- NVQ level 3 Business Administration
Role information:
- Manage office inventory
- Handle calls and serve as the main point of contact for communications
- Manage calendars and book meetings
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Prepare reports and presentations where necessary
- Undertake additional administrative duties as required
