Job Description

Job title: Resourcing Partner
Job Type: Permanent
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset (Fully on site)
Hours of work: 9 day fortnights;
Week 1: Monday-Thursday 07:30am-16:45pm / Friday 07:30am-12:30pm
Week 2: Monday-Wednesday 07:30am-16:45pm / Thursday 07:30am-15:45pm / Friday's off

Applicants must posses the following:
- Experience of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to gain clearance
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Experience using various sourcing channels - advertisements and job boards

Candidates would ideally have:
- Recruitment experience in construction/electrical ideal

Role information:
- Develop a robust direct candidate attraction strategy
- Ensure role requirements are accurate and relevant
- Oversee recruitment campaigns
- Assist in organising and conducting interviews
- Monitor responses and applications
- Arrange meetings to discuss current and future requirements
- Gather market intel
- Recommend improvements to the recruitment process
- Seek out new ways of reaching potential applicants
