Summary of the Role
You’ll provide high quality administrative support across a single key account, ensuring accuracy across multiple internal systems and supporting the recruitment team, whilst at the same time providing a best-in-class candidate experience. You’ll also assist in the recruitment and selection process of applicants, where appropriate too.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and collate weekly timesheets for processing to make sure candidates are paid on time and correctly.
- Review received work order revisions to ensure they match system data and communicate with payroll teams/account managers/resource teams where data does not match.
- Handle payroll errors including amendments to the systems
- Liaise with candidates to resolve payroll issues as they occur and ensure candidates are updated.
- Review documentation, highlighting potential risks such as medical checks.
- Monitor and collate data for all new worker starters and leavers
- Support the team with the set up of new starters on our internal system.
- Manage the revision process on SAP and our internal systems
- Manage the contractor AWR process, conducting AWR checks in line with current legislation
- Attend ad hoc site visits with the Account Manager (advanced notice will be given)
- Complete contract and compliance audits on a regular basis.
- Various adhoc tasks, such as ensuring invoices are processed are completed, event organisation and creating newsletters.
Qualifications, skills & experience
- Previous administration, customer service or compliance experience, ideally within agency or in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and recruitment systems.
- It would be very advantageous if you have IR35 knowledge or AWR Knowledge however full training will be provided on these complex areas.
