We’re recruiting for our Nuclear 360 Practice team, where you'll get to work with some of the UK's biggest players in the industry.

Summary of the Role

You will be responsible for the recruitment delivery of a large number of temporary and permanent vacancies in a specific sector of the Nuclear industry, securing talent in strategic recruitment programmes across the year. You’ll work collaboratively with your customer and the wider team to ensure we are and continue to be the partner of choice for all recruitment and resource activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the entire recruitment process from beginning to end, seamlessly managing every step.
  • Candidate management – you’ll ensure a positive experience and effective alignment with roles.
  • Source high-quality candidates in a timely manner and in line with SLAs to meet the evolving demands of our clients.
  • Create and maintain pool of exceptional applicants to be able to consistently deliver outstanding candidates.
  • Use candidate attraction tools efficiently to target specific candidates and improve the quality of hires.
  • Embrace collaboration and teamwork, working closely with your colleagues and customers to plan resources and ensure optimal worker availability.

 

Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Previous experience within recruitment, either agency, in-house resourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge and experience of both contract and permanent recruitment.
  • An outgoing personality and able to network with new candidates.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, recruitment systems and candidate attraction tools.
