Kim Woolley

As Business Manager, I work with clients in Regulated Technology markets, My passions lie in Insurtech, FinTech and LegalTech in particular. 

I spend most of my time sourcing the best candidates for temporary and permanent Business Change and IT Transformation roles across Greater London. I pride myself in my collaborative approach to work, working with my clients to understand their business needs, strategy and vision. I take the time to find the most suitable candidates for each role, based on skillset and personality. For me, it’s all about building long-term relationships with my candidates and clients, rather than completing a transaction.

I also play an active part in the Change Management Institute, organising events, attending regular meetings and workshops. By being this proactive, you can be sure that I'll always be up to speed with the latest trends in the sector. 

During my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and go on days out with my 1-year-old son. This often involves walking as we have a very active French Bulldog who loves nothing more than a trip to the Peak District. If I am having some more me-time, there's nothing better than a bit of retail therapy.
