Jordan Steele

I've been working in recruitment since 2017 as an Associate Consultant. My recruitment focus covers the Asset & Industrial Service sector where I specialise in MEICA Design & Installation.  Prior to this, I served as a Royal Marines Commando for six and a half years.

During my time at Rullion, I have worked with some major clients, ranging from Industrial & Building Services, through to the Water sector. From working within these sectors, I have obtained a successful track record of sourcing and securing candidates for my clients.

I am an extremely driven and passionate person who works to the highest of standards and professionalism possible. I am looking forward to creating and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients alike and aim to be the best Subject Matter Expert within my focused discipline.

Outside of work, I like to remain active and train, visiting the gym and teaching martial arts, which I have studied for 14 years now.
