Nichola Coates

I work as a Senior Account Consultant for Co-op based in Manchester.

I have worked at Rullion since 2016, starting as an Account Coordinator within the Contact Centre Division team and working my way up to my current position. 

I work with one of Rullion’s key clients, the Co-op group, helping to provide a delivery and service element both in the Mosley Street office in Manchester and on-site at Co-op HQ.

My success in high volume recruitment has helped to shape my career and I thoroughly enjoy holding recruitment days for these high-volume roles. They provide a great opportunity to interact with candidates and hiring managers.

During my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I do my best to keep fit by running and attending fitness classes. Travelling is also a key interest of mine - I like to go on city breaks when I can and find new places to explore.
