Dayle Honess

I work on-site at Co-op as their Account Manager. I've been working in this role since 2017, providing support to Rullion's contractors and delivering the best possible candidate experience. 

I work closely with my client, Co-op, ensuring that I best understand their recruitment needs and provide any necessary support to their day-to-day operations. I have worked as part of an onsite team for the past five years covering Banking, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail and Engineering. I use my experience from various sectors to try and build the best client and candidate experience possible.

Outside of work, I love watching and taking part in sport. I play football on a weekly basis and during the summer, I play cricket for my local team. I enjoy running and try to take part in as many races as possible. Aside from sport, I look to spend as much time as possible with family and friends.
