We’ve been awarded Best Large Recruitment Agency 2019 at The National Online Recruitment Award (NORA), celebrating our success in online recruitment practice.
Our victory celebrates the success of the rullion.co.uk website over the last 12 months, including the introduction of ReciteME and our dedicated client microsites.
ReciteME is a diversity and inclusion tool that enables translation into 100+ languages, full dictionary and thesaurus, text reader and colour and font customisation. It is fully cloud-based and device responsive, meaning accessibility to all.
To strengthen our vision to unlock the potential in all of us, when our site is visited for the first time, users are asked if they would like to visit the candidate or client-side to give them a personable experience based on their choice.
In addition to our candidate, client and careers sites we’ve also launched dedicated microsites and landing pages for specific roles, clients or projects, to allow candidates to explore more information about a specific project. Going above and beyond a typical job advert, we identified that candidates required more information about a role before choosing to apply. Each landing page or microsite can be fully customisable for the project, resulting in a purpose-built, professionally designed and content curated hub, specially detailed to the clients’ roles.
Rullion’s Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Claudia De La Cruz and Social Media & Content Manager Melissa Kabluczenko attended the awards ceremony to accept this prestigious award last week (13th Nov 2019) in London.
Rullion's Marketing Director Paul Rawson commented,
“It’s a great honour to receive this award, knowing the judges believe our site offers the very best service and user-experience to all candidates. It was our ultimate objective to increase ease and accessibility, we’re passionate about ensuring everyone has the opportunity to find the right role and ReciteMe increases the possibility.”
