Yorkshire Water: encouraging diversity in the workplace

We recently visited Yorkshire Water to learn more about their Diversity and Inclusion activity, and how they're encouraging diversity in the workplace.

Yorkshire Water is currently working with the Lighthouse School in Leeds, to mentor and coach students with an Autistic Spectrum Condition in the workplace. We interviewed Kerry Hazelwood, Lead Job Coach at the LightHouse School on the initiative and their partnership with Yorkshire Water to increase diversity in the workplace.

We then met with Rebecca McDonnell, Head of Talent from Yorkshire Water, to discuss their Diversity and Inclusion goals and projects, and how they're encouraging diversity in the workplace.
