Three experts have their say on workplace diversity and inclusion

Rullion recently joined Inclusive Employers to sponsor an International Women's Day event, arranged by Northern Powerhouse Briefings. Attendees included Glen Willie from Great Western Railway, Caroline Pullich from Barclays, and Tracy Brabin, MP for Batley and Spen.

We took the opportunity to ask Glen, Caroline and Tracy about their views on workplace diversity and inclusion, including whether they had seen any changes in recent years, and what advice they had to ensure women feel empowered.
