Agreeing an appropriate scope is key to ensuring you and your outcome-based service provider get things right first time.
How we do it
Once you have a set of defined outcomes for your project, Rullion will undertake a Requirements Review meeting (which you can request at the bottom of the page) with you to validate our understanding of the deliverables.
This review helps us gain a strong and well-rounded understanding of your expectations, while challenging your assumptions – where required – to ensure creation of a scope of work that we can successfully deliver.
If you’re not yet able to articulate outcomes, Rullion can guide you, through our Project Brief Questionnaire. If the findings suggest that more in-depth support is required, we can help you develop project outcomes and ambitions through our Discovery Statement of Work (SoW).
The Discovery SoW will be delivered over a duration appropriate to the complexity of the proposed project. At the end, you’ll receive a Draft SoW required to deliver the project, together with the associated artefacts e.g. PID, Project Plan, RAID etc.
